Building the kind of community I wish existed during every “WTF are we doing?” moment of my career.

At Plus One Collective, I’m lighting the fire under a purpose-fueled consulting movement - one rooted in radical generosity, collaborative brilliance, and the firm belief that good work should never feel like soul sandpaper.

I design rhythms, rituals, and real connection. I wrangle Slack chaos into belonging. And I make sure the humans doing the work don’t disappear behind the work.

We’re not fixing the system - we’re creating something better.

I launched The Unexamined Mind to reimagine how we work, lead, and grow - centering play over perfection, creativity over conformity, and humans over hustle.
