About Debbie Race
Senior UX Researcher at Sage
I’m a Senior UX Researcher with 20 years of experience helping global brands create human-centred, accessible digital experiences. My background spans UX research, design systems, accessibility, and AI-driven products, including research for Copilot integration at Sage and shaping global UX governance at Nokia. I’m passionate about inclusive design, mentoring emerging researchers, and building collaborative communities. I co-founded the Sage UX Research Guild and lead IxDF Thames Valley meetups, where I love sharing knowledge and connecting people. I’d like to join ADPList as a mentor to give back to the UX community, support others in navigating their careers, and share practical insights from both corporate and freelance research roles. Whether you’re starting out, transitioning into UX, or looking to grow your research career, I’d love to help you succeed.
