- Led the design of an MVP for the first provider-client platform that engages mental health clients with custom tracking plans rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Providers average user satisfaction of 8/10 and the client’s app task completion rate of 87.5%.

- Conducted 6 rounds of interviews with users to understand their job-to-be-done and usability testing, and prioritized usability issues to focus on based on business needs.

- Built a design system for each app with the main interface components and styles.

- Designed an IoT app with biometric feedback through a Continuous Glucose Monitor that helps understand the body's response to diet and exercise (same founder of Beat app)

- Designed flows for tracking food and exercise, and edge cases.

- Designed different kinds of charts for data visualization along with micro-interactions and small animations.

- Built a UI kit with the main interface elements and color palette.

- Collaborated remotely and asynchronously with 2 developers and a project manager.

- Designed an app that allows Caribbean citizens to automate an insurance quote, and a back-end tool for agencies, which reduced the time from 30-60m to less than 5, and increased purchase rate by adding the payment flow through the app.

- Assisted the company in defining its business and communication strategy.

- Conducted workshops to help the entire team align their views and understand the users.

- Conducted user testing and interviews with users.

- Mentored over 60 students with their Capstone project. Guided them through the different phases of research, interaction, and visual design, providing detailed project feedback and career advice, via weekly 1:1 video calls.

- Hosted the UX office hours every week with activities for students and general Q&A on UX and UI.

- Led the UX team of 4 in a multidisciplinary agile team in designing the system of 5 apps that crew members and passengers use for interacting with jets worth up to $75MM and owned by the wealthiest people, for the world’s most advanced private jet production company (Custom tablet app, iOS and Android apps, and wearables apps).

- Designed the developer's web platform for API consumption for one of the most important IT providers for the global travel and tourism industry.

- Used quantitative and qualitative research methods (benchmarking, heuristic evaluations, customer journey maps, usability testing, card sorting, user flows, wireframes, etc) for different projects.

- Conducted meetings with stakeholders of many different industries to understand business goals and deliver proposals that fit.

- Proposed new business opportunities based on user interview insights, which helped improve the experience of the users and the company's profit.
