Resume and portfolio review

In my role, I focus on more than just delivering projects - I help businesses embrace digital transformation. My goal is to bridge the gap between technology and tangible business outcomes, from implementing IoT solutions to designing strategies that optimize manufacturing.

I work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, like improving operational efficiency or creating tailored solutions that address market needs. By aligning technology with business objectives, I ensure every initiative adds measurable value, whether it’s enhancing machine performance, supporting better decision-making, or reducing costs.

Through these efforts, I’ve built a reputation for delivering results that go beyond expectations, helping clients modernize their operations and stay ahead in competitive industries.

As a Senior Engineer in Industrial IoT, my work is all about leveraging technology to create smarter, more efficient operations for clients. I’ve had the opportunity to lead transformative projects that go beyond just solving technical problems - they’re about reshaping how businesses operate.

For example, by introducing process automation and predictive analytics, I’ve helped clients minimize downtime, enhance reliability, and save millions in costs. Beyond the immediate wins, these solutions lay the foundation for long-term success by aligning operations with strategic goals and fostering trust with stakeholders.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver results that matter. Whether it's optimizing asset utilization, automating workflows, or developing innovative analytics strategies, I aim to empower businesses to achieve sustained growth and adaptability in today’s competitive landscape.

As a project trainee, I had the unique opportunity to work on digital transformation initiatives that made a tangible impact. My focus was on enhancing IT uptime and streamlining operations through automation, ensuring smoother and more reliable processes.

One of the standout achievements was leading a small team to create an automated KPI dashboard. This tool gave executives real-time visibility into IT issues, enabling proactive decision-making and preventing costly supply chain interruptions. These early experiences shaped my understanding of how technology and strategic thinking combine to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

During my internship at ICON CDC, I had the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization’s strategic direction. I played a key role in driving revenue growth through market insights and competitor analysis, helping align business offerings with emerging market needs.

Additionally, I designed and implemented surveys to assess product-market fit, generating $550K in revenue and providing insights that shaped a new business strategy aligned with market demand. Through this work, I strengthened my skills in data analysis, market research, and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with a cross-functional team, I learned how to collaborate effectively, balancing different perspectives while focusing on actionable outcomes. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how businesses can evolve by responding to market needs and leveraging data-driven strategies to drive growth.

During my internship at RUTU AUTO GAS, I had the chance to dive deep into the intricacies of supply chain management, contributing to cost-saving initiatives and improving operational efficiency. I played a key role in reducing transportation costs by 12%, saving the company $200K annually. This was achieved through detailed logistics analysis and optimizing shipping routes, ultimately enhancing both efficiency and reliability.

Additionally, I improved forecasting accuracy by 20%, unlocking $400K in sales potential by conducting seasonal demand analysis. This allowed us to better align inventory levels with market needs, ensuring we were prepared for fluctuations in demand. This hands-on experience taught me how even small adjustments in logistics and forecasting can lead to significant business impact.
