HighRadius is a mid-size FinTech B2B SaaS organization that builds products for the office of the CFO. 

At HighRadius, I manage a team of 15 S&O professionals and look after the Net New business for 2 key geographies - North America and EMEA, along with Channels & Partnerships. Within a period of 5 months, I have led various projects around:
- Annual bookings and headcount planning for 2025
- Tracking pipeline health, win/loss analysis, building forecast methodology (tools - Salesforce, Gong)
- Defining and tracking Q3 and Q4 2024 KPIs to drive growth
- Designing policies & plays (credit split, opportunity allocation, etc.)

peppercontent.io is a series-A startup that helps enterprises solve their key business problems with everything content (SaaS + services + consulting). Pepper helps create all formats of content on digital and social, build LLMs and enables teams to generate AI-powered content, and also facilitates building content teams.

At Pepper, I manage a team of 25 cross-functional operators across 1) strategy and ops, 2) supply and 3) quality verticals.
Over the last 2 years, I have managed various charters around:
- P0s of the founder and C-suite executives
- Growth: Category management, PnL growth, margin enhancement, cost reduction
- Supply: supply benchmarking, acquisition, retention and NPS
- Quality (or CX): customer escalation management, prioritisation frameworks
- Revenue: pricing advisory, sales funnel tracking, revenue analytics and ops, MIS and incentive calculations
- Account Management: way-of-working for account managers, CX improvement

zs.com is a management consulting and technology firm that primarily caters to healthcare clients across the globe.

At ZS, I have spent a total of 6.5 years across various verticals - strategy, operations and analytics. I have worked with the commercial and brand teams of Fortune 500 clients (Biogen, Sanofi, Takeda and others). 
I also established first-of-its-kind Qualitative Market Research (QMR) expertise center in India; that grew to $3.5M in 2 years since inception.

Some of my key consulting projects include:
