Independent study supervised by Dr. Enid Montague, director of Wellness and Health Enhancement Engineering Laboratory (WHEEL) at DePaul University.

Responsibilities:
• Complete a manuscript about the design of an app to support chronic pain patients with alternative medicine.
• Create prototypes and recruit participants to evaluate.
• Make design recommendations based on the preliminary results.

• Implemented a design system for customer engagement app (EngagementHQ) ‐as source for designers in the team to help with consistency of design across the platform
• Partnered with UI engineers and UX Team lead to implement the first design system at Bang the Table
• Designed an easy to use engagement design concept for user participation in customer engagement web application

·Worked closely with engineering team to design and manage the project of an onboarding feature, saw over 30% increase in new customers acquisition
· Implemented a customised landing page concept for existing customers. It attracted more customers and sale of the feature saw significant increase of over 25% in the year 2018‐19

· Worked towards gaining insights about credit lending practices in regional market, using guerilla testing, field study and use rinterviews
· Implemented the initial design of Spoon mobile application and conducted usability testing
· Worked on the design of interfaces for South Indian banks‐Canara Bank and Federal bank Unified payment interface applications

•Performed field study, user research,observations and user interviews for developing a solution to educate rural kids and assess their literacy levels
• Coordinated with the team and client team to recruit participants and review design concepts
• Implemented the learning into a Android application Ekstep, along with a team of visual designer, visual artist and lead UX designer
• The design was nominated for Best UX Design Awards in Berlin, Germany 2016

Created digital content like icon sets, wallpapers, lock screen concepts for Android for theme users, worked with Android studio to implement the theme packages, closely worked with front end developer to implement innovative lock screen animations
