* Improved multi-agent Private Asset Backed Finance (PABF) assistants for the Edge platform, enabling intelligent deal and remittance extraction and insights, while introducing a prompt caching strategy that reduced inference costs by up to 75% and improved latency by
approximately 26%.
* Migrated the PABF remittance extraction system to a Claude-based agentic architecture with skills, tool calling, and orchestration for scalable workflows.
* Improved AI pipeline observability through LLM invocation tracing and automated S3/Lambda lifecycle tagging workflows.
* Building an iterative-refinement-based agentic system to improve extraction quality through validation and corrective feedback loops.

* Developed evaluation and regression testing workflows and datasets for their multi-agent wealth management assistant in the Digital Wealth platform.

* Built and deployed agentic AI tools for internal Microsoft products, which are
used by 1K+ users, including Satya Nadella and Peter Lee.
* Developed Kahani, a multi-agent visual storytelling system for culturally adaptive financial literacy.
* Led multilingual data curation and evaluation pipelines, including ELR-1000 dataset, a multimodal collection of 1K+ indigenous recipes across 10+ endangered Indic languages, and built RAG, machine translation, and multimodal POCs on top of the dataset.
* Built a community-centric text-to-image evaluation framework for long-tail and
underrepresented communities and cultural concepts.
* Engineered a large-scale multicultural synthetic dataset pipeline; the dataset, Updesh, is available on HuggingFace and AIKosh (40K+ downloads).
* Several of these works culminated in peer-reviewed publications: ACL Main Conference, ACL EvalEval Oral Paper , FAccT, AAAI EGSAI Workshop, IJCNLP - AACL, MMFood Workshop, COMPASS

* Delivered end-to-end PoCs for clients, including weld defect detection using deep neural networks and ANPR-based vehicle monitoring using OCR and object detection.

* Built end-to-end ML solutions for Near-Infrared Spectroscopy analysis to ensure API content uniformity in tablets, using traditional ML models and techniques.
