- sourcing candidates including screening their profile by their CV
- Invite candidate for an interview process with HR and coordinating with user for next step
- Doing salary recommendation to management for potential candidate to be hired
- Doing offering salary and negotiation if needed
- Input employee new hire to Oracle
- Make a report of progress of candidates who's proceed in each dept either daily basis or weekly basis report from each hiring team members

Jobdesc : 
- Conduct recruitment sourcing process through many sources (website, head hunting, social media and professional networking sites);
- Conduct recruitment selection process: review applicants’ resume, short listing candidates, scheduling recruitment test / interview and communicating recruitment schedule to related parties; 
- Conduct interview / Behavioral Event Interview (BEI), report writing and make recommendation based on interview/BEI’s result;
- Conduct reference check to the selected candidates;
- Maintain all applicants’ data and interview’s data in the system
