👋 Hi I'm Deniece, a Tech Business Analyst & AI Product Builder with a strong specialisation in leading Digital Transformation and Innovation initiatives. I build IT systems for public good, where I cover the spectrum of activities from conducting service design workshops with stakeholders where we uncover valuable problem statements, strategizing the tech delivery down to BAU operations.

🦸 Conquering dual career transitions 10 years apart, I am a huge advocate of upskilling & cultivating a growth mindset to overcome steep learning curves when joining new fields.

🚀 With a diverse portfolio career, I find joy in building communities as a volunteer. At the same time, I am also a Level 2 Mentor on the MentoringSG Connect platform. Through ADPList, United Women Singapore and The Astronauts Collective, I provide mentoring for youths, tertiary students, fresh graduates, women and career switchers looking to join the tech sector as Business Analysts, Product Managers (Tech PM) and techies (DevOps).

• Mentorship Discovery Call (20 min): Hi there, if you are a problem solver exploring a place in tech, possibly tried a couple of things such as internships, online courses that haven't produced results, and trying to navigate crossroads in your career journey, structured mentorship could help you move forward by gaining clarity on your strengths and gaps. This 20-min discovery call is a space to learn how I can support you if you are considering mid (6-months) to long-term (1-year) mentorship.
• Early Career Mentorship (30 min): If you are a student mulling over prospective career paths or uncertain how to stand out from the crowd to lock in your first job, this is a free session to help you build your mindset, support system and soft skills to prepare you for your job-seeking journey.
• Career Transition Success (30 min): Transitioning to a new career path can be both exciting and challenging. In this mentorship series, we'll provide guidance and support to navigate this change with confidence. From identifying transferable skills to setting achievable career goals, you'll gain the tools needed to successfully transition into a rewarding new career and seize opportunities for growth and advancement.
