Senior Fullstack Engineer at Booking.com
I’m a Senior Frontend Engineer at Booking.com with 21 years building customer-facing products. On ADPList I focus exclusively on career clarity and seniority growth—what “Senior” actually means (scope, autonomy, judgment, cross-team influence), why you may or may not want it, and a practical way to get there without burning out.
What we do together:
Diagnose: map your current scope against common leveling frameworks; identify strengths, gaps, and misalignments.
Decide: IC vs. Tech Lead/EM pathways; timing, trade-offs, and a narrative that fits your goals.
Plan: a one-page growth plan tied to outcomes (impact, ownership, leverage), with concrete behaviors to practice week by week.
Execute: stakeholder management, visibility without noise, writing promo-ready evidence, and communicating decisions under ambiguity.
Promote: assemble a promotion packet (impact statements, artifacts, feedback), calibrate with rubrics, and prep for performance reviews.
You’ll leave sessions with actionable artifacts—growth plan, evidence backlog template, promo packet outline—and a cadence to track progress toward Senior/Staff behaviors. Suitable for mid-level engineers targeting Senior, new Seniors aiming for Staff, or anyone deciding whether seniority is the right move right now.
Note: I don’t run hands-on coding, a11y, or performance deep dives in these sessions. The focus is career systems, decision-making, and measurable impact.
