Hi, I'm Denis (pronounced deh-NEE). I use he/him pronouns. I'm a Senior Design Lead & Independent Consultant with over 20 years of experience in UX, product design, design systems, and accessibility. I've spent my career helping teams build products that aren't just usable, but genuinely inclusive. From scaling design systems across global organizations to embedding accessibility into everyday design practice, I care deeply about the systems and structures that shape how people experience digital products.
I mentor in areas I'm passionate about: design systems (scaling, governance, and cross-functional alignment), accessibility (from WCAG compliance to cognitive accessibility and neurodiversity), UX leadership (managing teams, building culture, and leading with empathy), and career transitions (pivoting into UX, job searching, or figuring out your next move). When it comes to accessibility, I believe in progress over perfection. Every small step matters.
