Hi there, I’m Desirée. I’ve been a designer for over 15 years, working on everything from print and packaging for recording artists, websites when they were made in tables, websites for making websites, AI (whatever that is), and a video messaging platform that transformed how we worked since the pandemic. There was also a brief stint where I had to design with a security clearance.

I believe that designers do their best work when leaders lead with their values, provide clarity, act equitably, and build diverse teams.

I'm passionate about finding what designers need to do their best work and have a long rewarding career, and I'm obsessed with the cross-functional collaboration, efficient operations, and organizational health that it takes to take on ambitious company missions.
