Support 30 professional students who want to switch careers to Data Analyst by understanding what is the career goals students, prepare great quality assets ( CV, LinkedIn Profile, and Portfolio), regularly run Mock Interviews, Networking, Salary Negotiation and another support related to job-search preparation in 1:1 meeting, identify roadblocks to student's progress and keep students motivated .

- Successfully secured 15 new joiners for Software Engineer team in Indonesia team to onboard that came from 350+ qualified candidates who have been screened
- Proactively improve our recruiting processes by identifying opportunities that need refinement with 2 project improvement
- Managing and mentoring for 1 Talent Acquisition Intern to help speed up the recruitment process

- Handling 65 headcount for tech positions and achieving KPI hiring target of around 84%.
- Create a database of over 1500+ qualified tech candidates and successfully hired 55 new joiners with the different levels 
- Got 90% candidate satisfaction survey and achieve SLA for average time to hire (2 weeks)
- Reshaping hiring processes in Engineering and introducing structured interviewing. This increased the number of hires by 40% and faster time to hire by 60%.
- Building good relationship with hiring manager and got 95% hiring manager satisfaction feedback
- Liaising and building good relationships with 5 Bootcamp and 10 Headhunters to look for additional candidates (including invoice handling).
- Representing JULO as speaker at "Tech Startup Expert Connect Event" hosted by Glints (Dec 2021)
- Building JULO podcast from scratch 
- Maintaining a high level of industry awareness, understanding the startup, tech, and Fintech landscape to keep tabs on emerging and transitioning businesses, industry news, competitive analysis, etc.

Recruitment:

- Successful hire 70% (around 98/140 from all employee in Paper.id for all position)
- Initiative and fully handle ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as BreezyHR and building the career site
- Attend job fairs, campus recruitment, Bootcamp and another event to search for talent
- Handling internship program initiatives (requirement needed, screening, interview, learning and development program for intern)
-Support management in forecasting their talent pipeline requirements and create Manpower Planning to be in line with the function and business strategy
- Develop and drive event engagement and employer branding initiatives

People Management & Culture:

- Be proactive in support of HR managers and employees as related to HR matters, and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Understand and solicit employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment/culture to improve HR initiatives
- Collaborate with partners to coordinate company events such as lunches, employee appreciation, new employee orientation, training and employee engagement events
- Advise on all HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Consult and execute employee exit interviews and provide exit data to help identify key areas of improvement
- Provides informal leadership and mentorship to intern team members
- Understand our business holistically and identify new opportunities for HR to contribute to the business

People Development:

- Designs and executes L&D strategy, programs, and initiatives
