I'm an HR Business Partner and former Talent Acquisition professional with 7+ years of experience across tech, fintech, insurtech, insurance, and banking technology companies.

I've mentored 400+ students and professionals across 13 countries, delivered career talks for 5,000+ participants, and accumulated 24,000+ mentoring minutes through ADPList, universities, bootcamps, and communities. I was also recognized as an ADPList Top 100 Global Mentor and ranked among the Top 10% Mentors in Indonesia.

While my professional background is primarily in technology companies, I regularly mentor people from various industries including banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, healthcare, education, logistics, retail, and hospitality.
