At Blimp, we aim to empower entrepreneurs with the tools they need to confidently build, validate, and scale their startups.

As entreprenurs we have experienced firsthand the challenges of building businesses on untested assumptions. Our mission is to help founders navigate the journey from idea to sustainable business with greater confidence and less wasted resources, that's why we decided to create Blimp, we want to make things easier!

We provide services and are currently building our platform to complement our offer. Built a database of more than 200 potential leads and conducted cold outreach to validate interest and explore potential partnerships for the pilot program, getting a conversion of around 2%.
Designed and launched the startup website to introduce the product concept, and redesigned it according to analytics metrics, the pilot program, and increase engagement rates for potential participants by around 20%.
Worked on refining the business model and value proposition to ensure alignment with market needs and scalability within the smart industries domain.

Product Design: I design and prototype, focusing on responsive and adaptive design principles to ensure a seamless and accessible user experience across all devices.

Currently Leading the design efforts on the redesign of the user experience for the Kubota vehicles platform for farm managers, dealers and farmers. 

UX Research: Conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points according to the industry's needs. Utilize these insights to inform product decisions and build great products. 
Stakeholder management: collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
