I'm an early career talent specialist and an M.A. candidate in the Educational Technology Specialist program at Teachers College, Columbia University.
My studies focus on the appropriate and ethical integration of AI to foster both critical thinking and creativity in educational environments. My goal is to leverage AI to enhance learning while simultaneously safeguarding agency and ingenuity and supporting culturally relevant instruction.
Before returning to academia, I worked as a University Technical Recruiter. This experience was a crash course in the massive gap between what students learn and what the industry actually needs. Hearing new graduates voice their frustration, wishing they’d learned key skills sooner, fuels my work now. I'm driven to design solutions that are practical, impactful, and keep pace with our rapidly evolving technologies.
