Currently building content and UX for IKEA.in and IKEA App

• Act as a member of the Marketing function and wider E-commerce team, proactively contribute to Marketing and E-commerce plans/outputs in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals, secure consistency of content and messaging across all channels
• Work closely on a daily basis with selling, merchandising, SEO and digital performance functions to secure cross-functional alignment in the wider E-commerce team
• Responsible for reviewing content assets, identify improvements, create pages and publish in digital channels
• Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial team and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact (for example Digital, Communications, Sustainability)

Researched consumer markets, monitored market trends and identified potential areas for growth, based upon consumer interest and spending habits

Oversaw the production of adverts, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, and liaising with art designers, copywriters
