Currently, my two main high-level goals are: to increase the trustworthiness and efficiency of our product, and to reduce our users' time-to-value, i.e.: making the booking process as automated, clear, and fast as possible.
I'm in charge of product discovery, which I do by interviewing our tenants and our landlords, analyzing usage metrics, collaborating with the different stakeholders in the company, and keeping an eye on the competition.
We focus on UX quality when performing product launch, while at the same time ensuring agility.
I also do all my product management-related tasks by collaborating tightly with an amazing team of Designers and Developers, translating business and customer needs into high-quality software.

Nekso is a mobile taxi-hailing platform with operations in South-Central America. I'm leading the Product Management team.
