I am currently working at Bizigo as the Lead Product Owner. My
team consists of 2 Product Owners, 2 Senior Product Owners, and
1 Project Manager.
I also report directly to the Founder. I tracked projects through the
JIRA epic board and reported to manager.

Turkish Airlines Holidays offers personalized holiday packages
to customers.
Holiday packages include Hotel, Flight, Transfer, Car Rental,
and Insurance.
It has been created in collaboration with Turkish Airlines.
Pazarama Tatil

Pazarama Tatil offers Flight and Hotel deals to customers.
It has been created in collaboration with İş Bankası, Turkey’s
leading bank.
Milplus

Milplus is a loyalty program for Vakıfbank customers.
It allows customers to redeem earned points for hotel bookings,
flight tickets, and tours.

At Bizigo, I transitioned into the Product Owner role when the analyst position was phased out. During the startup phase—before dedicated QA and analysis teams were established—I owned stakeholder communication, requirements analysis, API/UI testing, and UAT for Turkishairlinesholidays.com.

I led integration projects with international third-party providers including Expedia, Hoppago, Enterprise, and DerbySoft, managing end-to-end analysis and UAT processes. By enabling integration with Jolly, one of Turkey’s largest hotel providers, I increased hotel inventory by 3% and boosted hotel sales by 20% through improved pricing advantages.

Additionally, I delivered wireframes, analysis, UAT, and user documentation for CMS and campaign management modules across Pazaramatatil and Milplus, and led analysis and UAT for finance, invoicing, virtual POS, and gateway integrations. I also designed and implemented role-based backoffice authorization systems for Milplus and Pazaramatatil.

I joined the company during its transition to a new Interface user
panel, which allowed me to be involved from day one. I
contributed to the analysis and testing of all core modules,
including product management, call center screens, CMS, and
financial and operational tools.
I also worked on defining the scope, conducting analysis, and
running tests for the Extranet system, which enabled hoteliers
to manage their own pricing and content directly.


I started working at Leonardo Travel as a Junior Business
Analyst.
I was involved in the analysis and testing processes of the
payment system, fraud detection system, and markup system.
The most significant project was the integration with supplier
systems. We developed a system that connects to more than
70 supplier APIs to offer customers the best prices and help
them find the most suitable hotels.
