Contact Center Management - Lead the vertical and undertaken several key activities to drive the project's success. Formulated the UX strategy by thoroughly researching and analyzing various aspects, including workflows and user behaviors. This comprehensive understanding allowed to identify potential solutions and develop both current-state and future-state journeys for the product. In addition, meticulously defined the minimum viable product (MVP) and devised a strategic roadmap for the product's phased development.

To ensure the efficacy of design decisions, created user flows accompanied by sketches and prototypes. These designs were subjected to rigorous usability testing, enabling to gather valuable user feedback and iterating on the design to enhance its usability and overall user experience. Lastly, culminated the design process by producing high-fidelity designs that align with the product's vision and meet the needs of our target users.

Clinic Management System - Led the vertical and conduct User research, created user personas, user journey maps, user flows, wire prototypes then high-fidelity mockups. Also done user research and usability testing. 

B2B-Insurance Portals Conducted user research, created user persona for insurance members and brokers. Create wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups

Heardable - Conducted user research, created user persona. Created wire prototype then high fidelity mockups along with the branding. Involved to front end development.

• Introduced new features to the sites, including JS/CSS animations, responsive design and HTML5
• Regularly used CSS3 transitions together with jQuery to bring key franchises and characters to life
• Improved SEO performance of all creative across the sites, leading to a large increase in both traffic and revenue.
• All content designed with cross-browser performance in mind, to perform at the highest level in the latest web browsers and gracefully degrade in older browsers such as IE7 and 8

Responsible for the UI/UX Design of all Kluje web app and both android and IOS mobile apps. I have designed and developed a wide array of theatrical creative assets and interactive landing pages, utilising the latest web technologies such as responsive web design to deliver the most intuitive and on-brand experiences possible.
