Drope.me is an influencer marketing platform that connects gaming companies, micro streamers, and their communities. We empower gaming publishers and developers to engage with streamers in performance marketing campaigns. 

At the same time, Drope.me helps micro streamers to start monetizing their activity through collaborations with gaming brands.

At Organization.GG (pivoted to Drope.me) we helped Twitch streamers get paid for engaging with their supporters in interactive gaming experiences.

While growing Organization.GG, we actively engaged Twitch streamers to promote the platform. The whole process was painful: it took a lot of time to find the right streamers, negotiate terms, make prepayments, etc. Ultimately, the streamer could just walk away from the deal. Worst of all, the results were unpredictable. It was clear that the model was flawed and there was a $15B market opportunity that was by far larger and ambitious. That’s when we decided to pivot to Drope.me

- Sourced and screened startups from US and Europe, conducted due diligence, structured and closed early stage investment rounds

- Executed part of sell-side of Ukrainian bank (Assets of $1.2bn), leading to closing
- Facilitated dual track IPO / M&A process for the largest Ukrainian auto parts distributor by managing legal and audit teams, due diligence, deal structuring and marketing efforts to receive an LOI from pan-European private equity fund 
- Executed sell-side mandate of the largest Ukrainian private TiO2 feedstock producer, which resulted in two LOIs from strategic buyers

- Led a team of three that successfully brought in strategic and financial investor for Ukraine’s largest fruit importer by preparing marketing documents, financial model and term sheet draft
- Raised capped convertible note round for leading Ukrainian baby food producer
