Hello, I'm Jim and I have more than 12 years of experience as a Product Designer and more than 20 years as a Graphic & Branding Designer. The last 5 years I've been the Director of Product Design, leading a team of 10. I've overseen the design of many b2b and b2c products, the development of a mature design system and the branding of a multi-national company of 600 people. My role as a leader has helped me improve my problem solving skills especially in complex problems, and also my mentoring abilities.
