I am Dipankar, as an experienced UX design lead with over 16 years of IT and agency experience in the United States and India, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I have worked closely with product, engineering, and technology teams to create high-quality design solutions that provide optimized user experiences for a variety of global clients across diverse domains such as banking, mortgage, insurance, healthcare, retail, travel, and hospitality.

My role extends beyond just design implementation, as I actively participate in the requirement gathering phase, manage stakeholders expectations, conduct workshops with stakeholders and users, define strategic design solutions, and facilitate interviews. I ensure that the business intents align with user needs, providing a comprehensive solution that adds value to the end-users.

My hands-on experience in UX/UI design for native and responsive platforms, including B2B and B2C applications, allows me to design for all form factors and different technologies. Throughout my career, I have refined and defined processes that have helped me and my team be successful while building awesome product experiences.

As a lead designer, I wear multiple hats and guide teams towards success. I envision end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritize UX work, leading to a seamless and efficient project delivery. I pride myself on being a collaborator, bridging the gaps between a talented team of engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, which has resulted in successful project outcomes and satisfied clients.

My background is a combination of formal training and years of practical learning, allowing me to navigate my way around experience design outside of the classroom.
