I'm a Design & Research Leader with +25 years of international experience. I've lived and worked in 6 countries and navigated a variety of challenges and cultures. I've worked in both enterprises and startups. I mentor many startups in my region. And I see that communication and diversity are recurring themes and concerns across the globe.
My mission is to help people to succeed in their careers or startups, because many don’t have access to the knowledge, support and connections that are granted by privilege.
I take a holistic approach to help my mentees find their own answers to questions such as: What do I want to do? How should I progress my startup? How to get unstuck? What does success look like to me? I supporting them with practical, actionable advice (Resume, portfolio, interview prep, pitch deck review…).
