I’m Divya, a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Alexa, where I build production AI systems using LLMs and agent workflows. My work focuses on making these systems reliable and practical, including evaluation, prompt improvement, multi step agent flows, and observability.

I have 8+ years of experience across enterprise software and modern conversational AI. My current work sits at the intersection of strong engineering fundamentals and applied AI, where ideas must hold up against real users and real constraints.

Outside work, I experiment with agentic workflows, have won a couple of AI hackathons, and mentor engineers and students on system design, communication, and career growth.

I mentor because breaking into tech or AI can feel overwhelming. There is a lot of noise and not enough practical guidance. I learned many lessons through trial and error, and I want to help others grow with more clarity and confidence.
