— Co-created a brand of beeswax food wraps;
— Designed branding, packaging and patterns of wraps;
— Managing communications, creating ads, curating social media & brand as well as helping with brick-and-mortar side of sales;

Joined Practicum by Yandex as a Reviewer on the Interface Design track, assessing student assignments and commenting on their design solutions, with the aim of helping them grow their confidence in interface design & design in general

Working directly with the co-founder, I designed the first version of Dorm app that was launched and tested in select markets.

— Helped build product growth team and processes from the ground up;
— Designed & optimised 15+ product features for growth tests, a number of those achieving a 20%+ increase in the app's k-factor, one optimisation achieving a 15x increase in conversion to sharing;
— Assisted to the CEO in managing product growth team's processes;
— Provided general design support, helping launch a number of cross-channel go to market campaigns;
— Helped design for paid growth funnels that achieved: Userbase of 40m registered users; #1 App in 12 Countries;
— Ran appstore optimisation tests with creatives and texts reaching an uplift in conversion rate of 10%;
— Contributed to building the product design system, with a particular focus on iconography;
— Completed a 3-months' acceleration programme by Startupcorestrenghts mastering Product Growth thinking;
— Attended a D&AD workshop in Art Direction for Brand Communication.

Developed on existing, as well as fostered new sales leads for the company in the UK

As part of a team of 4, developed the concept of "adaptive urbanism" and "adaptive urban project", put together a methodology proposing a set of economic, social and physical tools needed to create and manage a successful adaptive urban project, based on an analysis of relevant worldwide case studies. Personally responsible for team's budget (for field research in London and Seoul), as well as graphic communication (e.g. final report design).
