- Directed a team of more than 75 professionals across six essential functions: product design, brand design, creative lab, user research, content design, and design operations, reporting directly to the CEO. The team was supporting UX strategy, product improvements, employee and customer-facing branding, and producing full-scale creative campaigns.
- Responsible for the UX of various products, including marketplace solutions, price comparison services, cross-border trading platforms, seller and affiliate tools, last-mile delivery services, pick-up points, and many more.
- Spearheaded UX initiatives during our shift from CPC to CPA monetization model, overseeing the seamless amalgamation of our marketplace and price comparison services.
- Took the helm in designing and implementing a comprehensive loyalty program that scaled to all 30 million users. The effectiveness was validated by a 15% year-over-year increase in orders per customer for May 2020, with 50% of all orders coming through the loyalty program and a 55% repeat buyer rate.
- Acted as an advisor in Yandex Market Group's in-house startup accelerator, explicitly focusing on product strategy, initial design, and ongoing support for projects like a last-mile delivery service and an affiliate marketing tool.

- Invited by the CEO to spearhead design and research for a nascent e-commerce division, backed up by a $50M investment from Sberbank in a new joint venture valued at $1B. This partnership combined Yandex's technological expertise with Sberbank's financial prowess to enhance the e-commerce landscape in Russia, driving innovation and offering superior customer experiences.
- Built a 40-person design and research team from the ground up, incorporating UX research as a core element in product development and assembling a creative team to bolster marketing efforts.
- Overhauled mobile apps and addressed fundamental UX issues in the product catalog and search functionalities.
- Played a pivotal role in defining and executing our new vendor partnership strategy. Building marketing tools for brands like Disney, Bosch, Dyson, L'Oreal, and others.

- Programme Director for an extensive educational program that spanned two specialized domains: Communication and Product Design. Assumed complete oversight for curriculum design and collaborated with a roster of expert lecturers and curators. Over a four-year lifecycle combining different approaches, the program reached its zenith in 2021, attracting an unprecedented 6,000+ applicants.

- Led the UX design and the development of scalable interaction and visual patterns for Knowledge Media search across all Yandex platforms, including web and mobile.
- Spearheaded the shift from navigational to informational search, increasing the key metric of time between sessions, thereby boosting search query volume and, by extension, advertising revenue. 
- Initiated and led design on a major project that increased customer satisfaction and demonstrated a 400% increase in traffic to Yandex's video service.
- Collaborated with design leaders to create a template engine using JS/Node/ReactNative, enabling designers to prototype with live data sets in a search environment rapidly. 
- Mentored fellow designers, elevating their coding skills and fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.

- I owned the user experience for Yandex.Search Türkiye, top to bottom. To get it right, I immersed myself in comprehensive market research, user interviews, and on-the-ground field studies. My focus was laser-sharp on understanding the unique cultural and linguistic subtleties of Turkey—down to the semantics.
- On the growth team, we had one mission: pry users away from Google and bring them into the Yandex fold in Turkey. I spearheaded design and content creation to supercharge our advertising performance. The result? A market share bump of 3%. By fall 2015, we saw Yandex's footprint in Turkey swell to 8.46%, a meteoric rise from the 2.91% at the year's outset.

Oversaw major upgrades in a top-rated cloud-based membership management software targeting associations, non-profits, and clubs in the U.S. and Canada. Elevated website builder features, streamlined onboarding, optimized event management, and revamped billing and payment systems. Also took the lead in launching the company's first mobile app.
