I am Dolapo Ayeni, with over three years practical experience in Admin/Facility Management, where I have been involved in planning, directing, coordinating and maintaining admin/facility related activities, especially within the travel industry.
I have developed strong competencies in organizations change initiatives, Administrative/Facility strategies and workflow, maintenance culture, human resource management that involves recruitment and management of auxiliary staff, admin audit, manpower planning, etc.
In my love for creative writing, storytelling, freelancing for brands as social media manager, I started my journey into the digital marketing industry where I became a creative who love to help brands appeal to their audience using words.
