About Dom De Stefano

Lead Product Designer at Delivery Hero

What i am is what I have done so far and what I am currently doing. Starting from high school experience in classical studies, they helped me to see things how the Greeks and the Latins would in order to become a true καλοκαγαθός (the best definition of the term is given by Werner Jaeger, “the chivalrous ideal of the complete human personality, harmonious in mind and body, foursquare in battle and speech, song and action”). The university studies in the field of Law, instead, kept me grounded and let me understand how the world actually works, but most importantly how it can be improved through a good understanding and use of the Law. All of this allowed me to become an open-minded person willing and ready to learn quickly but in a complete and efficient manner. All my life, I have always been passionate about technology and that’s why I joined the Apple Developer Academy, to be part of a future where the liberal art and technology intersect to enrich people’s lives. I am also a true lover of Art and Music, the two inspiring my life and my work. Working at YAS.life, Vinted and now at Delivery Hero, all multicultural and diverse environments in the heart of Berlin, is pushing the passion for human design even further.
