About Dominik Hamala
Head of Human Factors and UX at APS (Defence & Space)
Hi, I'm Dominik, a product design and human factors expert with over 15 years of experience, including recent years in the defense and space industries. Throughout my career, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the design of large-scale products while collaborating closely with key stakeholders across various functions. I’m passionate about mentoring designers and have facilitated company-wide workshops, research initiatives, and sprints that drive impactful results.
My unique strength lies in my deep expertise in product design within the defense sector, particularly in the C-UAS domain. Designing for the defense industry is a niche area of knowledge, and I can help guide you on where to start and how to acquire insights from unclassified sources.
