Hey! I’m Dondi, a Swiss-Tibetan Designer from Zurich.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve co-founded a design agency, led design at a product lab for a Fortune 500 company, and joined a startup to build and lead a design team. Currently, I’m leading design at Proton, where I focus on creating privacy-focused products.

I’m here to help designers at various stages of their careers. Whether you're navigating the job hunt, seeking feedback on your portfolio, or looking to grow within your current role.
