- Public UX team
- Led the design direction for newest BMO credit card: BMO Eclipse Visa, working closely with a UX researcher, developers, product owner and copy writer.
- Redesigned the Credit Cards experience on BMO.com (new cc landing pages, marketing pages, browse  experience, cc product cards, cc calculator, etc.) and created user-centric modules contributing to BMO's design system.

- UX & Visual Designer on Secure Banking - mobile app
- Worked closely with editorial, business analysts, QA, product owner, developers and other designers in an agile transitioning squad.

Designers & Coffee is a 2000+ community bringing digital designers together to learn, network and collaborate. We regularly host events that range from UX workshops, design challenges, critique sessions, Instagram LIVES and socials.

- Implemented a customization tool from scratch called 'Custom' with developers and PM. Today customers can create their own inkbox tattoo on this canvas and seamlessly preview the design, sizing and place an order.
- Worked to improve browsing and online shopping experience on inkbox.com 
- Conducted user interviews, A/B testing and usability testing sessions with prototypes created from scratch.
