Conducted the post-sales experience in order to reduce cancellation of paid orders using A/B tests, which start reducing +70% of purchase cancellations. Revamped the design of the login and orders list.

Designed an internal platform for motorbike remote assistance reaching +5k motorcycles in order to increase the agility of the maintenance team.

•Designed a strategic sales dash tool used by over 8,000 users across 6 different countries.
•Helped on building a design system in order to manage 115+ high-fidelity screens in desktop and mobile formats.

Initiated and led the design of Magroove music, a music-sharing app, from the branding to the UI.
•Jointly with the dev and marketing teams, achieved +500k downloads on
both Android & iOS devices.
•Independently Designed 5 templates for Magrove's site builder tool.

I designed advertising pieces for a campaign with different brands like Hering, Rommanel, and Boticario.

I worked as a design intern, conducting user interviews, usability tests, and prototyping interior design solutions for aircraft.
