SHERAA is a government-mandated entrepreneurship centre under the Sharjah Investment & Development Authority (Shurooq) — one of the Gulf's most credible and active startup ecosystems.

As EIR, I provide 1:1 mentorship, workshop facilitation, and strategic advisory to SHERAA's startup community across capital readiness, investor narrative, fundraising strategy, and growth architecture. I work across SHERAA's S3 (Sharjah Startup Studio) and Startup Dojo programs.

This role is my institutional anchor in the Gulf corridor.

Providing capital architecture and fundraising strategy mentorship to early-stage founders across the VentureGrid platform. Active deal flow source for ANANTA ArthaSetu's mandate pipeline.

Mentoring early-stage founders and student entrepreneurs at one of Saudi Arabia's most prestigious universities, directly supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2030 innovation and entrepreneurship mandate.

Focus areas: Capital architecture, investor readiness, fundraising strategy, and startup growth frameworks.

ANANTA ArthaSetu is a capital architecture strategic co-pilot firm working with early-stage startup founders from Pre-Seed to Series A to design their capital strategy, build investor-ready narratives, and close funding rounds across the Bharat-Gulf-SEA innovation corridor.

What we do differently: We architect capital — not just raise it. 

Every engagement begins with a Capital Architecture Diagnostic that maps the founder's context, capital stack, milestone sequencing, investor persona fit, and narrative strategy before a single investor conversation begins.

Current focus: Healthcare & life sciences, deep tech, SaaS, and digital infrastructure startups with Bharat·Gulf·SEA corridor ambition.

VC Lab is the world's leading venture capital accelerator, having helped launch more VC firms and close more funds than all other programs combined. As a Fellow across two cohorts, I developed deep expertise in fund formation, LP relations, portfolio construction, venture financing, and institutional-grade governance — foundational knowledge that directly informs ANANTA's capital architecture methodology.

Member of the Thought Leader program at PWFO — a Swiss-certified members association for finance professionals serving families and private clients. Building knowledge and relationships at the intersection of family office capital and early-stage innovation funding.

Led strategic growth at DiagRight — a health-tech startup operating in India's diagnostic and lab ecosystem. Drove lab acquisition, alliances, and enterprise sales across India's healthcare infrastructure, building direct exposure to the operational realities of early-stage health companies scaling in a complex, regulated market.

This role deepened my understanding of health-tech business models, hospital and diagnostic network dynamics, and the gap between clinical innovation and commercial sustainability — foundational insight that directly informs ANANTA ArthaSetu's healthcare & life sciences corridor thesis today.

Strategic Advisor to ConexUp — a US-based platform connecting professionals and entrepreneurs across emerging markets. Provided advisory on go-to-market strategy, partnership development, and cross-border business development.

This engagement sharpened my perspective on the structural challenges of building cross-border ventures — market entry barriers, cultural navigation, and the importance of trusted local relationships — directly relevant to ANANTA's Bharat-Gulf-SEA corridor model.

Venture Capital Fellow at DigitalDx Ventures — a US-based early-stage fund focused on digital health and diagnostics innovation. Gained hands-on exposure to venture capital deal evaluation, healthcare startup due diligence, and investment thesis development in one of the world's most active digital health markets.

This fellowship was my first structured immersion in venture capital — and the experience that crystallised my conviction that the intersection of healthcare innovation and intelligent capital deployment is where I wanted to build my life's work.

Led business development at Kaleidoscope — a psychology-led life-skills and corporate training organisation working at the intersection of mental health, human performance, and organisational development.

Built and managed a portfolio of 50+ clients across corporate, government, and institutional segments. Partnered with Central and State Government bodies on healthcare projects and delivered executive development workshops to C-Suite leadership across India.

This role built my foundation in stakeholder relationship management, institutional partnerships, and the discipline of translating complex value propositions into commercial outcomes — skills that sit at the core of capital architecture advisory today.

Leadership roles at Alexis Foundation — India's leading youth-led think tank conducting research, policy analysis, and educational programs across economics, international affairs, law, public policy, and technology.
As Chair of Dil Ki Baat and Member of the National Executive Board, I developed my early instincts for ecosystem thinking, institutional leadership, and the power of convening diverse minds around shared missions — values that remain central to how I am building ANANTA ArthaSetu as a corridor institution rather than a transactional advisory firm.

- Mentored and coached 600+ students for various competitive exams while directly reporting to the CEO.
- Launched an Android app with advanced analytics and real-time user interface. 
- Spearhead the expansion into Delhi NCR. 
- Initiated the Social Responsibility Program to disseminate free education for underprivileged students of the society. 
- Successfully organised and conducted 60 seminars in schools and colleges while reaching out to 12,000+ students. 
- Launched skill training division for public and private institutions.

- Successfully attained the International Excellence Award in 2017.
- Delivered stellar performance across all parameters to receive the Social Impact Award in 2018.
- Raised the benchmark in education sector to bag the Pride of India Education Award in 2019.
- Achieved 80% success rate in undergraduate batches and 60% success rate in post graduate batches.

Early career role at AddoDoc — a healthtech startup building electronic health record and clinic management solutions for India's fragmented primary care ecosystem.

Led a five-person sales and marketing team, secured 50+ clients across single-speciality clinics, multi-speciality centres, and diagnostic facilities, and drove 150% annual revenue growth. Built direct, on-the-ground understanding of India's healthcare delivery infrastructure — its inefficiencies, its potential, and the trust dynamics that govern adoption of technology in clinical settings.

This was my first exposure to health-tech entrepreneurship — and the beginning of a conviction that India's healthcare system holds the defining innovation opportunity of the next generation.
