Hi, I'm Pan. I have a PhD from Lapland University, Finland, in the field of Service Design and Design Strategy, a Master's degree from Germany in social design, design thinking, and UX design, and a Bachelor's degree in product design from China.

I have 17 years of experience in design (e.g., UX design, design thinking, and design management) and teaching at different universities in Asia and Europe. The students I mentored came from more than 25 countries, and two of them earned the IF and German Design Awards.
