As founding design team member, I led UX Design & Research for the nationʼs #1 Telehealth Treatment Program for Opioid Use Disorder. Worked closely with Senior Leadership, Clinical Staff, & Tech to enrich patient experience via our Native App, & Provider, Enrollment, & Customer Success Services experience via our internal tooling & Admin/OpsHub HIPPA Compliant web app.

Collaborated with clinical staff, leadership team, & product/engineering to create business & data-driven patient & clinician-facing software for mental health, SUD & AUD treatment. Designed an iOS & responsive web app, empowering patients to complete forms & tasks, schedule & join virtual visits, & manage their wellness journey. Streamlined clinician workflows by enhancing patient profiles, progress tracking & records, reducing clinicians' time on the computer for more face-to-face with the patients.

Guided and led UX Design for eVet, a SaaS legacy veterinary Patient Intake Management Software(PIMS), to make it an industry-leading product. Focused on implementing our new design system, patterns, and feature enhancements across the entire application, from Anesthetic Monitoring forms and the medical records to invoicing and checkout features.

Led UX/UI design for multiple SaaS applications focused on delivering smarter compliance, credentialing, and eligibility solutions for better patient care. To better enhance our products, I leveraged cross-departmental collaboration and user feedback. Built a design system with the goal of accelerating timelines while creating consistent interactions and aesthetics.

Spearheaded a team focused on improving patient-facing experiences through the design, development, and delivery of the HCA MyHealthONE app. Through testing and a fail-fast mentality, we delivered a quality access point connecting patients to all of their healthcare needs, including visit summaries, test results, medications, and online appointment scheduling.

Led & taught a culture of design thinking, combined with in-depth user research to guided product design & development. Helped pave a roadmap for a variety of products, e-commerce sites, & internal tools to make this 66-year-old manufacture & legacy company a continual & leading competitor in the markets of signage, visual decor, & office products.

Executed a research, user testing, SEO & analytic driven redesigned of CapitalOneʼs content marketing for card marketing LOB. Though agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, the introduction of new content mediums & tools, we created exponential growth in site traffic & customer conversion.

Worked with National & International brands to create intuitive and thoughtful experiences for the consumer products, logistics, VOD, and entertainment industries. Designed for multiple platforms including iOS, Android, and Web for a wide range of devices including Android Handset, Tablet, Chromecast, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, Apple Watch, and Responsive Web.

Created Branding, Photography, Apparel, Print & Web Marketing materials for events & programs. Produced print ads for various magazines & brochures that were published throughout Chattanooga & surrounding areas. I executed social media marketing reaching over eight different states, & produced a monthly email newsletter.
