Hello! I'm a multi-disciplinary experience design consultant with over 20 years of experience across UX, product and service design and product management, with over a decade of experience in leadership and management. I've led large scale teams and departments where I've overseen the end-to-end development of services and products through to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams. I regularly mentor design students at GCU, and coach colleagues in user-centred design and product management.
