The major challenges were to standardize all the designs and graphics throughout on print and web to make YASH more prominent in the software market. With verity of print designs we moved ahead with web site and designed http://www.yash.com which is till date the biggest website of my career in terms of scope and number of pages. The Scottish major, which was just a couple of years old when I first left it became one of the most sought after company in the Project Management circuit (PMI-Pune Deccan Chapter). I rejoined Westbase technology after returning from Datamatics Ltd. Mumbai to Pune for some inevitable reasons. This was company's trust and my previous stint with the organization that they allowed me to return and helped me settle down when I needed a base.

This time I joined Westbase as a Senior Graphic Designer and soon promoted to the Team Lead position for a Java based project for internal use of the company. Together with all my 7 teammates we performed at an optimum pace using the post-modern tools and practices in hand i.e. Functional Points, Design Patterns, UMLs, Prototype Apps etc. It took us 3 months to finish the project's first phase and now the second phase is underway.
