Lead product designer at Goji Labs

I'm a lead product designer for Goji Labs, a design and development agency. Previously, I worked for a small startup in the IOT space, where I now serve as an advisor. I'm based in Portland, OR, but have worked remotely most of my design career. Working for an agency I've had the opportunity to "look under the hood" of various companies, industries, and design teams. This has given me a pretty good intuition on what makes projects, designers, and product teams work effectively and ship the right thing.

Some of my core skills are – product strategy, client/stakeholder management, design systems/UI exploration, prioritization, self-management, running meetings/workshops, and cross-team collaboration.

Outside of design, I have a ton of hobbies. I love skiing, kayaking, camping/backpacking, and really anything where I can get out in nature and get my hands dirty. My wife and I are also pretty avid travelers, she's Colombian, so we've spent a lot of time living in and exploring the South of the border. Particularly, Mexico and Colombia.
