Benefit.Design is a need based design studio focused on seamlessly connecting nonprofit clients' cause to their communities. Their global community of creative volunteers help nonprofit organizations in need, drive impact, by providing unique creative solutions tailored to the requirements.

Maintained a process-first protocol by implementing heuristic evaluation as a foundational approach that will be dovetailed by business goals analysis and requirement gathering. This will give birth to the user journey core, which houses most of the functionalities. 

Scope of work covered developing UX mapping and defining UI specifications, conceptualizing re-branding approaches and other marketing endeavours.

Listed on the SGX mainboard, Nordic was established in 1998 as an automation system integration solutions provider serving mainly the offshore and marine, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries. Headquartered in Singapore, Nordic currently has two production facilities in Suzhou, People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Orchestrated the GUI design initiatives for the organization with a key focus on customer-facing products that span across Human-Machine Interfaces, touch screens, and mobile devices.

Optimized all industrial processes for the company by developing and delivering a two-pronged approach, covering digitizing and centralizing data for the users.
