My role as a UI/UX Design Trainer is to review student submissions and provide actionable feedback. I'm also there to keep students motivated and to help them adopt healthy study and creative habits.
   • Planned and implemented daily class activities and developed a design curriculum that aided product design learning for students within a month.
   • Remotely taught students on design via Google Classroom and Meet.
   • Performed evaluation of Student’s learning by assigning weekly design tasks.

• Led the product team responsible for designing enterprise experiences of various SBSC projects, which involves the following:
   • Led research and design of end-to-end enterprise solutions and products which cut across SaaS, CRM, HRM, B2C and Blockchain systems.
   • Designing and prototyping high-fidelity flows for the product.
   • Contribute to the maintenance and scaling of the team's component library with documented updates and changes.
   • Work closely with Engineering to ensure implementation goes as designed.
   • Collaborated with a cross-functional team of Developers, Product Managers and other Designers to drive product alignment on a core set of business goals that exceed client expectations.
   • Contributed to the design of eMed, a medical platform that helps hospitals manage their records easily.
   • Led various product design projects and ensured proper research and implementation of product ideas.

• Handle the end-to-end Saas product of REENs-Elevate experience and engagement platform for startups and innovative firms.
   • Worked on several visual and communication projects ranging from graphic design, brand strategy, voice, brand identity & development, logos and other assets.
   • Foster understanding of the design goals/phases of multiple projects among teams and stakeholders (clients).

• Worked on various design and communication projects cutting across user interfaces for web platforms, marketing campaigns, brand identity and development.
   • Conducted brainstorming and creative sessions to achieve visually appealing and on-brand projects.

•	Maintained optimal levels of employee morale and productivity through daily briefings, mentoring, and motivational sessions.
•	Design communication materials and visuals for various projects, such as program showcases, advertisements, print materials, and conference branding, based on design briefs, marketing strategy, and business goals.
•	Maintained a first-class level of customer service by ensuring that all customers were treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
•	Maintained excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.
•	Managed projects from pre-production, planning, budget, schedule, and post-production through final delivery.
