Giving effective feedback

During my time at Colendi as a Senior UI and UX Designer, I gained extensive experience across a variety of industries, giving me a well-rounded perspective. I focused on creating user-centric, engaging digital experiences for Colendi’s clients, transforming investment, insurance and credit services into intuitive and effective interfaces. I led the development of the design system for these projects.

I collaborated closely with a 4-person design team on various projects, dedicating my efforts to user interface and user experience design. I developed detailed prototypes for the projects and supported the processes through benchmark studies. Additionally, I made significant contributions to the company's initiatives aimed at improving overall user satisfaction.

As a result of the name change of CDEV Lightspeed Development company, the name of the company became lycia tech. Lycia Tech is a software company specializing in the betting industry.

My primary responsibilities involved designing user interfaces and experiences, as well as conducting benchmarking. While working there, I regularly created and presented design concepts to my managers. 

We placed a strong emphasis on user testing, and I frequently used the Hotjar program to gather and analyze user data.

- Collaborated closely with the engineering team, product managers, test team, and fellow designers.
- Developed responsive designs following the mobile-first approach (Mobile - Tablet - Desktop).
- Focused on in-depth user analysis and benchmarking.
- Created interactive visuals and prototypes, including both dark and light mode designs.
- Applied agile methodology for disciplined project execution.
