I aimed to effectively lead and manage the development team of over 10 people, ensuring accountability and strong results. I focused on developing team members, supporting projects, and promoting efficiency through clear documentation. Customer satisfaction was a priority, as was staying current with industry trends and fostering a collaborative and enjoyable workplace for the team.

Our business specialises in software development using low-code approaches, particularly on the OutSystems platform. We also provide technology consultancy and training services in OutSystems and related technologies, such as Front-End and Back-End Languages. We integrate with various external systems, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and AWS.
Our expertise lies in system integration to facilitate companies' digital transformation.

I aimed to guide the organisation's technology direction, lead cross-functional teams of over 20 people, mentor talent, oversee projects, and align the low-code strategy with the overall business goals. The role involved providing visionary leadership, fostering innovation, offering sales support, prioritising customer-centricity, and promoting strategic collaboration.

As the Manager for Utilities, Industry, and Telecommunications, my primary goal was to establish a well-organized and effective practice in OutSystems among our clients. This involved promoting our proven experience with various clients and showcasing our case studies. I also focused on implementing programs that supported our engineering team's career and skill development of over 125 people. Additionally, I encouraged senior members of all groups to work on enhancing the capabilities of their peers.

My main goal was to establish a new Nearshore OutSystems Center in Castelo Branco and Porto. We aimed to build strong ties with local universities, promote the NTT DATA brand, and develop training programs to empower local talent, which we hoped to replicate in other regions. I also managed the professional development of a team of over 30 people, equipping them with the tools needed for autonomy and technical proficiency while ensuring we delivered high-quality applications in line with the company's values.

As an Agile Project Manager and Delivery Manager at Community Champions Corporation, I successfully oversaw the completion of various projects using OutSystems. These projects included property registration, initiatives for law enforcement agencies, pet protection programs, and other business solutions. I provided technical leadership and resources to our 12 developers, ensuring high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.

Analyse and Develop projects in OutSystems as an external consultant for TAP Portugal - Megasis.
Also, be aware of all the aeronautical area concerning the TAP not only passenger transport, logistics area, maintenance, cargo materials, reception of people and VIPs, among others.
Every business area and operations spectrum of TAP is likely to be transformed in an OutSystems application therefore it is a necessary to know the majority of its features and specificities.

Develop the necessary projects in OutSystems as an external consultant for Engie.
Also, seize all the business knowledge of energetic area of France, Belgium and Holland in the area of Coal, Gas, Power and Renewable Energies.
This means that every application in Engie needs to be fully understood not only technically but also their business rules to be able to transform into an OutSystems application.

Experience in developing Web applications with OutSystems Agile Platform using best practices for applications performance and quality standards using OutSystems tools for testing code generation and quality control. Have knowledge developing in CSS, JavaScript, J2EE, C# and Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases experience. Deliver ensuring quality, usability and performance using OutSystems Platform and methodology.

Perform analysis tasks and development projects in the area of post-paid services. Provide support and make the clarification of questions or doubts that the client may have. Also, implementation and development of Storage Procedures, Processes, Functions, Scripts as well as development of algorithms for the updating and renewal of the database, using mainly Informix and SQL.
