Responsible for managing Mainframe software development teams designated to internal projects, assuring the expected quality and business objectives, within Rational Unified Process (RUP) and PMBoK best practices.

Responsible for maintaining project's scope, quality, deadline and cost within the expectations of the internal clientes.

Responsible for process analysis, software requirements engineering (definition, documentation and maintenance), and projects follow-up.

Front-office customer relationship, check cashing, depositing, transfers, wire transfers, savings deposits, withdrawals, promotion of financial products, balancing cash drawers and ATMs.
