I am a proactive, multi-skilled tech writer with an insatiable curiosity about my surroundings. Moreover, I believe that the best stories are the ones we co-write.
I have been working as a technical writer since 2020, when I migrated from Customer Experience to the world of writing. When I made my career transition, I took on the challenge of writing FAQs and user manuals for a logistic company .
After a year and a half doing these activities, I took on the challenge of working with even more tech-oriented documentation: API documentation, release notes, troubleshooting, how to guides, software architecture documentation, diagrams, among others.
My work involves using the markdown language, OpenAPI specification, the "Docs as Code" documentation approach, and tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, GitHub and GitLab.
Today, my mission is deliver technical documentation that brings solutions and simplifies the developer experience.
