UX Researcher based in Minneapolis.

Leading research with organizations like Thomson Reuters, Best Buy, 3M and Microsoft.

I transitioned careers back in 2018 after attending a UX certificate "bootcamp-style" program. Prior to working in UX, I was working in education, arts and hospitality/service.

I am currently working with Microsoft as a UX Researcher on Microsoft Teams. I support the Bellevue and Prague design studios with research on meeting experiences in MS Teams. I also lead a research program at Microsoft; connecting our product crews to real-world working groups using MS Teams.

My practice is based in qualitative research and multidisciplinary design principles.

I am happy to connect with mentees at all stages in their careers; whether you're just trying to break-in to UX or a seasoned creative looking to improve your research skillset or just looking to hash out some ideas together.
