As a UX Designer, my roles, responsibilities, and contributions include:

● Cross-functional collaboration in an agile environment: Work with cross-functional teams to clarify and gather business requirements, design goals, tech feasibility, and desired outcomes.

● Drive end-to-end UX design process: Developed end-to-end interaction flow diagrams addressing both business and user needs. Created designs that enhances interaction, usability, and user experience. Update and maintain the design system, guidelines, and component library.

● GovTech UX Chapter: Shared knowledge about unmoderated usability testing and design sprint experiences, fostering collaborative peer learning at UX Chapter as a speaker.

● Accelerated implementation, raised UX maturity in product team: Played a pivotal role in the rapid design decisions for a module enhancement, reducing implementation time from 3 to 2 months with the introduction to design sprint.

● Cross-organisational impact and raising UX credibility: Contributed significantly to the funding paper submission with insights from our research report crafted through gamified research and scenario-based co-creation workshops, fostering creative thinking and in-depth discussions.

● Cross-Division: With Cybersecurity Group – shared how we can better streamline the agile process and enhance product development to bring value and impact to our citizens.

● Google AI Trailblazer: Equipped with GCP and VertexAI tools, this joint initiative participation gave me an opportunity to design a new GenAI tool to help every day Singaporeans in finding out their eligibility for Government schemes based on their personal context.

Establishing design direction for all print and digital materials for the organisation, including corporate website, campaigns, and donation portals. Rolled out a new Ray of Hope crowdfunding site – led the redesign efforts, setting up the design system and brand guidelines.
