Warung Copy is a podcast that I manage single-handedly to educate students and professionals about the importance of UX writing. 70% focusing on career growth, 30% writing for the web and apps. The team consists of 9 junior to senior UX Writers. As their lead, I focus on standardizing the entire content for B2C and B2B services. I do a lot of copy editing, mentoring, defining career path, and giving performance appraisals.

Joined Gojek in 2017. The company was headed towards digitizing payment – GoPay being the core product. The team at GoPay had roadmapped many product features to give the users a more convenient, faster, and secure payments. I was the first and only UX Writer.

I was involved in business-to-design-to-engineering discussions with our fellow managers, designers, researchers, and developers who were based in Jakarta, Bangalore, and Singapore. The collaboration was super solid, and together we shipped many features that can enabled "life without cash" to a wide range of users in Indonesia.

A year after, I was assigned to manage the UX writing team. Grew the team from 5 to 13 writers in total. This was a non hands-on role. My focus revolved around project management, workflow improvement, and the team's well being. I did a lot of 1:1s with the team to talk about how they can improve as an individual. I also did a lot of hiring and setting up the UX writing teams in Vietnam and Thailand.

I do research and development to ensure every piece of creative that we present to the market is relevant to both the business objective and target audience. In doing so I invest most of my time conducting both qualitative and quantitative design research, AB testings, compiling best practices, and translating data & findings into creative artwork.

I lead seven people of creative backgrounds and ensure we bring continuous innovations to our design through creative and scientific approaches. At the same time I make sure they are happy at what they're doing.

Wego is a travel search engine based in Singapore with regional offices in Dubai, Bangalore, and Jakarta. It operates 52 country sites in over 20 languages and local currencies. Wego displays travel rate results in real time from over 700 travel sites, so users can shop and compare flight and hotel prices available online.

I was selected for the internship at Wego Indonesia as a Travel Writer. I traveled around Java and wrote stories about some of the most popular cultural sights, traditional shopping centres, bazaars, and unique places to hang out. I also managed Wego's contributor network to encourage readers to write their own travel stories on our editorial platform.

During senior high, I was recommended by my senior to join the selection of becoming the Trax FM Student Ambassador from Al-Azhar BSD. The final ended up having only 5 candidates, and I won the votes! 

Being the Student Ambassador of Trax FM generally means representing a school in the radio. It was fun yet a little time consuming as there were meetings about recent updates happening in Jakarta to be attended.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Joining the Skuldesak on air from 14:00 to 16:00 WIB every last Friday of the month. This one of the radio channels talking about interesting stories that have/are happening in schools in Jakarta. As a Student Ambassador, I needed to stay updated about recent issues involving student activities/lifestyle.
- Learning the big picture of Public Relations from Indonesian celebrities (e.g. Indra Bekti, Jimmy Multhazam (Vocalist of The Upstairs) and Buluk Superglad.
- On several on air sessions, I was given the duty to tell stories about school bands in Jakarta since I was pretty much into at the time.

One of the memorable moments at Trax FM was when the Producer gave me the opportunity for playing "Heal the World" as a tribute to Michael Jackson.
