Hi, I am Kate and for over 20 years in Human Resources I developed and launched:

recruitment and on-boarding, talent development and career progression programs, implemented best practices of performance management and internal communications.

I managed Country HR Function and established relations with stakeholders around the globe.

Having worked in multinational companies in several countries I appreciate the value of differencies and how we benefit each other.

I mentor HR Managers on: how to manage their teams, find way for own development in profession, sharing recent tendencies and best practices in profession.

For the past 5 years I volunteered and as HR curator for an NGO, charity programme for disabled who aim to get their first job.
