About Ellie Green

Designer / Project Manager at Wefox

Hi, I’m Eleanor, originally from London and now living in Berlin. I'm a Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience delivering digital, technology and business transformation projects across international organisations.

I’ve worked across a range of environments, from technology and infrastructure, to tech startups, higher education and digital transformation, leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels. I've led a major company rebranding programme across five international markets, while earlier in my career I worked on technology implementations and PMO governance at Thomson Reuters.

As a mentor, I want to help you turn project management theory into something you can actually use at work. Whether you’re new to project management, looking to move into the profession, or want to build confidence in your current role, I can help with practical approaches to planning, stakeholder management, prioritisation, risk, communication and navigating challenging projects.

My approach is practical, supportive and tailored to you. I’m not interested in giving you a textbook answer when what you really need is a way to handle the situation in front of you. We can work through real examples, prepare for difficult conversations, structure your projects or help you explore through your next career move.
