Hi! I'm Elba, a Senior Product Designer with over 10 years of experience designing digital products across startups, agencies, and large organisations.

I want to become a mentor because I know how difficult it can be to break into the UX industry and how challenging it is for designers who have been laid off to regain confidence and find their next opportunity. Having been through different stages of my own career, I understand how valuable it is to have someone to guide, encourage, and provide honest feedback.

I'm passionate about helping others grow, whether that's reviewing portfolios, preparing for interviews, strengthening UX thinking, or simply sharing practical advice from real-world experience. My goal is to create a supportive, judgement-free space where designers feel more confident in taking the next step in their careers.

Mentoring is also an opportunity for me to give back to the design community that has helped shape my own career, while continuing to learn from the people I meet along the way.
